For all those parents who wonder, How do I get my kids to read?- here's a simple, earthshaking notion: give them a book. For gosh sakes, give them a couple of books.

I grew up in Boston but moved back to the Netherlands when I as 10 and have been here ever since. I of course speak perfect English and have a great understanding of American Culture - even though I don't agree with a lot of it.

I like that fluff opens his views, and as a former United States Marine, I also trust in our democracy. I think my view on our country is a bit different then most, we are one of the strongest counties economically,militarily, and have for the most part ethical citizens , we have our problems like anyone else..but something must work right for this to happen.
I am excited to learn more about other cultures, and there views of our country. Its really a cool place as you know Megan..glad to see you exploring the world..thats pretty cool.
