Hi,

Can you tell me why there is still much poverty outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg? The money in Russia is in Moscow, period! Until Russia's people, everywhere, can benefit from the new money in Russia, that country will be Third World. Putin knows that. I know that. And, many, many other people know that. Russia's elections are a mockery. In Western countries people are not beaten and jailed for disagreeing with the government. Until Russia allows for every voice to be heard, there will be no real freedom for its people.
